These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumen & Style online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state to place an order. You may not use our products or the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; slight variations may occur depending on your screen. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud). If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Store (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Lumen & Style or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen & Style is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
