Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Eligible items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs can only be returned if defective.
- Final-sale items are marked as such on the product page.
How to start a return
- Email lumenandstyle55@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within 24–48 hours with your return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item back with a tracked service to the address we provide. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Where do returns go?
Our orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so approved returns go back to our partner's return center — its address is sent to you by email with your return authorization. Please never send parcels to our business address: it is not a warehouse or a return center, and items sent there cannot be processed.
For some items, we may offer a refund or replacement without asking you to send the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Need a different size or color? Reach out and we'll help you swap it as fast as possible.
