We ship worldwide 🌍. Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Duties & taxes
Prices are in USD. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, local import duties or taxes may apply; they are set by your country's customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days (15 for international orders) or your item arrives damaged, email us at lumenandstyle55@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
